Constructed from high-quality steel, all buildings include built-in, leak-tested secondary containment sumps for spill containment, coal tar undercoating, and chemical and weather-resistant coatings inside and out. FireLoc™ chemical storage buildings are designed for storing flammables, combustibles, and other chemicals that require a fire rating when located 10-to 30-feet from another occupied facility or property line*.
