12 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY



Warranty on Building and Accessories

US Chemical Storage buildings are warranted to you as the original purchaser for one year from the date of delivery against defects in workmanship and material, with the exception of structural integrity, which is warranted against defects in workmanship and material for a period of twelve (12) years from date of delivery.

This warranty is subject to proper maintenance of said building by purchaser.  US Chemical Storage will replace or repair, at their option, any product which in their opinion, is defective and has not been tampered with; modified; subjected to an accident, misuse or communicated to US Chemical Storage at time of order; or is not maintained, inspected, and tested in accord with the attached Preventive Maintenance Schedule. 

At the option of US Chemical Storage, a product shall be replaced or repaired at the customer’s site using factory personnel or outside contractors under US Chemical Storage direction or return to the factory for repair. 

Items that are not manufactured by and purchased by US Chemical Storage are warranted against defects resulting from the manufacturer’s fabrication, process or parts for one year from the date of delivery. Such items include, but are not limited to: building interior and exterior finish, switches, lights, electrical boxes, air conditioners, heaters, fan motors, dry chemical fire suppression equipment, doors, door locks, door closers, etc. Such items can only be returned with prior approval of US Chemical Storage. The original manufacturer or an agent thereof will make evaluation of each reportedly defective part and their judgment shall be final.
