These 100% customizable buildings provide the strongest non fire rated chemical storage available. With built-in secondary containment, your hazardous materials will be protected from environmental factors such as extreme temperatures, wind, and seismic activity with CHEMloc’s™ bolt-down plates.

When fire-rated construction is not necessary, CHEMloc™ provides unparalleled protection and security for general-purpose chemical storage. CHEMloc™ utilizes noncombustible, weatherproof construction. Hand-welded from heavy gauge steel, CHEMloc™ features a built-in containment sump. Optional accessories including electrical packages, ramps, racks, shelving, and others are available upon request.

Flammable and/or combustible chemicals can be stored in these virtually indestructible cabinets if located at least 75 feet from any other building or structure, depending on local compliance standards.
